Spicy Carrot Pickle
This unique preserve is a mix of carrots, lemon juice, canola oil, salt, garlic, green chillies, black mustard seeds, curry leaves and a special blend of aromatic Indian spices. The traditional pickling method of slightly fermenting the carrots in salt , results in chunks of flavorfully spiced carrots that retain an irresistible crunch.
Spicy Carrot Pickle can be added to soups, stews, salad dressings or used to top burgers, hot dogs or your morning eggs. It’s a versatile condiment that can be used to spice up just about anything!
This condiment is a slightly milder version of our Spicy Carrot Pickle. No green chillies and a reduced amount of our spice blend mean less heat but all the same big, robust flavour.
If you love lemon, this is the pickle for you! Chunks of preserved lemon are mixed with garlic, ginger, green chillies and spices for a tangy, sour and spicy burst of lemon flavour. Traditionally eaten with plain rice and yoghurt, this condiment pairs really well with chicken and salmon.
